September 2012

Tetra Tech CSO is proud to be presenting two papers at the 2012 WEFTEC meeting between September 29 and October 3, 2012. The first paper, entitled Easy and Efficient CSO Monitoring through a Flap Gate, presents the ground-breaking investigation that verified the ability to estimate CSO volume based on the measurements of the inclination of a flap gate and flow depths at CSO outfalls.

The second paper, entitled Efficient Control Improvements: Increasing the Use of Flow Equalization Basins, presents a hydraulic assessment that identifies control improvements for three flow equalization basins in the sanitary sewer network servicing the Northside Service Area of the City of Tulsa, OK.
